I finished two books, the Joey Hill erotic romance (which was as I expected) and Spoonbenders by Daryl Gregory. Seriously, Gregory is swiftly moving up my list of favorite authors. 1) Silver on the Road never picked up plot-wise, though the world-building was still fascinating. It's completely NOT worth reading any more of the series, though.

I finally finished The Last Oracle. I decided I'm going to go back and start the series from the beginning. Once I could actually spend some time reading, it was a pleasant enough escape. I also finished Bitter Pill which I really enjoyed. I hate that I have to wait so long for the next book.

I finished both Paul and Me and The Gene this past week. The former was okay for a diversion, but the latter was truly engrossing and well worth it. I learned way too much about some of the US's awful eugenics history, but it seems appropriate that I learned it now.
